How the refund works
Get 100% of your amount back once you find and move into a property outside the Lets Rentz platform.
Conditions for a refund
- To raise a refund request, share a copy of your signed rental agreement — it should match the property requirement you gave us.
- Lets Rentz may verify your claim, including a visit to the property, before processing the refund.
- The rent and deposit mentioned in your agreement should not exceed what you shared with your Lets Rentz relationship manager at the time of subscription.
