Refund & Cancellation Policy

Premium Plan

• If you are unable to find a suitable rental property during your plan period, you may request a refund.
• Refunds are not applicable if you have found and finalized a rental property through Lets Rentz during your plan period.
• Refund requests can be submitted only once your plan has expired, and within 3 days of that expiry. Requests made after this 3-day window will not be eligible for a refund.
• The remaining amount paid after deducting the Platform Fee will be eligible for a refund.

Relax Plan

The Relax Plan includes dedicated Relationship Manager (RM) assistance to help you find a suitable rental property based on your requirements.

RM Assistance

• A dedicated RM will be assigned after your plan is activated.
• Your RM will contact you within 24 hours of successful payment confirmation.
• RM assistance is provided through phone and WhatsApp.
• RM support is available on working days from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
• Your RM will actively search for suitable properties, share relevant options, and coordinate property visits where applicable.

Refund Eligibility

• Refunds are not applicable if you have found and finalized a rental property through Lets Rentz during your plan period.
• Refund requests can be submitted only once your plan has expired, and within 3 days of that expiry. Requests made after this 3-day window will not be eligible for a refund.
• The refund is applicable only if you meet the eligibility conditions mentioned in this policy.
• The remaining amount paid for the plan will be eligible for a refund, subject to the applicable refund conditions.

Refund will not be applicable if:

• Your RM has already arranged 10 or more property visits based on your confirmed requirement.
• You do not respond to repeated calls or WhatsApp messages from your RM over several consecutive days.
• You fail to respond to your RM after a property visit or meeting arranged by Lets Rentz.
• You repeatedly change your core rental requirements during the plan period.
• You reject suitable properties that reasonably match your confirmed requirements without a valid requirement-based reason.
• You do not reasonably participate in the rental search process.

Additional Terms

• Any free or discounted plan extension is non-refundable.
• If a discount or promotional offer was applied to your purchase, the discounted amount will be considered while calculating the eligible refund.
• Refund eligibility is limited to two approved refunds per user. After two refunds, further refund requests will not be eligible.
• If you purchase the same plan multiple times, only the most recent eligible purchase will be considered for a refund.
• If you delete your Lets Rentz account before submitting or completing your refund claim, Lets Rentz may be unable to process or verify your claim.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used, or via UPI, at Lets Rentz's discretion.
• Approved refunds will generally be processed within 5-7 business days after all required information and verification are completed.
• If you have finalized a rental property during your plan period, whether through Lets Rentz or elsewhere, you must share the property and owner details and supporting documents listed under required information when requesting a refund. Requests without these details, or where they cannot be verified, may be declined.
• Lets Rentz is not responsible for payments made directly to owners, tenants, or brokers, including token amounts, booking amounts, advances, or security deposits. Always verify the property and the other party before making any payment.
• Any separately purchased add-ons or additional services are non-refundable unless specifically stated otherwise.
