Sector 98, Mohali, Punjab

Sector 98 is a locality in Mohali, Punjab, associated with planned residential development and township projects in the wider southern Mohali area. One of the principal projects linked to the sector is ONE City Hamlet, which is marketed as an integrated township extending across Sectors 98 and 105. Project descriptions refer to residential plots and proposed or planned facilities for education, healthcare and commercial activity. These facilities should be checked against current development status and approved plans before being treated as operational amenities. Other residential developments, including low-rise housing projects, have also been associated with the area. Sector 98 is connected by road to neighbouring parts of Mohali and the wider Tricity region, including Chandigarh and the Chandigarh International Airport corridor. Road connections are an important consideration for people visiting or considering property in this part of Mohali, while public transport availability should be assessed using current routes and stops. Buyers looking at plots or low-rise floors should also verify land use, project approvals, possession timelines, road access, utility connections and the status of promised commercial and community facilities. The extent to which shops, schools and healthcare services are available within the township may differ from the amenities located in neighbouring sectors. Sector 98 is therefore best understood through its planned residential projects, surrounding institutions and road connections, with the status of individual developments confirmed separately rather than inferred from marketing descriptions.
